The first Trainwest update - version v2 comes a week after the first release.

What's changed:

1. Gameplay changes:

• new life totem powerup that gives an additional live which saves player once from reseting the score after hit,
• after 15 seconds the sky starts to drop exploding dynamites,
• a new special obstacle - an overturned oil barrel with a slippery puddle of oil

2. Visual changes:

• new wagon visuals,
• lots of particle effects

3. Other:

• added audio
• added a controls tutorial at the start
